Located at 1530 Bridge Street in Dracut, Greenmont Senior Housing is a three-story building featuring 56 one-bedroom rental apartments designed for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
The community includes:

- Shared laundry facilities on each floor
- Resident storage areas
- Outdoor seating spaces
- Walking paths
- A fenced pet area
- Parking for residents and visitors

Affordable Housing Designed for Local Residents
All 56 apartments are classified as affordable housing and are available to households earning below a certain income level under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. The goal is to make quality housing available to seniors who may otherwise struggle with rising housing costs.
