Rogers v. Commissioner of Department of Mental Health

            The Massachusetts courts have a procedure to deal with people with mental health issues for whom the medical professionals would like to prescribe anti-psychotic medications. Based on the 1983 case of Rogers v. Commissioner of Department of Mental Health, the system provides for a Guardianship proceeding.
