RACHEL  JACOBSON  MEMORIAL  SCHOLARSHIP

Rachel dedicated her life to serving others.  She might have even been your nurse at Lowell General (during Covid),  MGH, Lahey, Lawrence General or one of the many hospitals she worked at in the United States. Rachel firmly believed in helping others to help themselves by providing support, skills, love and hope.  This scholarship memorializes her commitment to these beliefs. The Rachel Jacobson Youth Changemaker Scholarship will be awarded to a local MA youth living in foster/kinship care or are experiencing hardship.  It will fund their engagement in the youth Change Maker Program in Winchendon where they learn job skills, leadership, financial literacy, and civic engagement.
