Sponsored by the Tyngsboro-Dunstable Historical Society,  Dunstable Rural Land Trust, and Dunstable 350th Anniversary Committee

The Tyngsborough-Dunstable Historical Society, the Dunstable Rural Land Trust, and the 350 Committee had joined forces to honor our farming tradition by presenting an afternoon of demonstrations and hands-on opportunities to see and experience the life of farmers throughout our 350 year history!

On Saturday afternoon, August 19, a number of events took place at the McLoon Barn on Thorndike St. and The Little Red Schoolhouse on route 113 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Visitors had an opportunity to experience a wide range of activities. This afternoon was designed to help children and adults understand a bit better the strength of character it took to be a farm family in Dunstable.  Please click on the link to see what took place. Susan Fineman put this wonderful presentation together and is pleased to share it with all of you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-QsGYeLNT4&t=2s It can be viewed on the TV as well.
